Happy Easter!
I just want to express how grateful I am for the knowledge I have of a Savior who died for me. And not just for me but for my kids and Lorin. I guess when I became a mom the atonement started to mean so much more to me.; for the times I felt helpless as a mom and unable to help my kids as they were in pain, sick or sad. I don't know how our Heavenly Father watches over us and sees all the mistakes we make. And I don't know how He was able to watch his only son who was perfect, without a mistake, suffer, bleed and die- for each of us. I know Christ rose again! I know we can return and live with our Heavenly Father again because of that sacrifice.
Today as I watched conference I was reminded of what really matters in life. So many of the talks were to parents...mothers! I felt so inadequate and overwhelmed with the load I carry of five little kids. Most days I feel good just to take care of their physical needs, let alone to build their testimonies and establish a foundation in which they have to face such a wicked world. But then I felt strength from the talks which reminded me to build my faith. God truly is our strength and we won't be able to do it if we don't lean on the Lord.
He Lives I know with all my heart.

Lindi My BIGGEST Star!

All the results from a hard night of Trick-or-Treating. I bought Lindi a very nice Super women costume but she refused to ware it the night of Halloween and came up with this 'Angel' costume all on her own. She surely has a mind of her own.

Lindi got to be the Bear of the week and make a special poster all about herself.
Lindi was also presented with the 'Academic All Star Award' for being such an incredible student. This is Lindi with her Kindergarten Teacher, Mrs. Sullivan. Lindi will really miss her.

These are my Two SUPER Heroes!!! Lorin got more into character than Lindi did. They were real cute at our Ward Halloween Party.

Lindi on her first field trip ever to the Pumpkin Patch! She also got to ride the bus for the first time. She had a great time!

Moving To UTAH

It looks like we are finally going to move to Utah. We have been in the process of buying a "Short Sale" house for six months. It finally went through and we will be moving to Riverton, south SLC. It looks like we will be their right before Thanksgiving.
We have loved Clovis CA and are so sad to leave, but also excited to live close to family and be in a home to fit our family and business.

It's A Girl!

Well as you can see from the photo I'm Pregnant! and right now you might be as shocked as I was when I found out. My legs started hurting just about the time school started near the end of August. So I started doing some researched to go have them worked on. Well just before I went to make the aptment I decided I just better take a test and make sure I wasn't pregnant. Well ... I was. Lets just say I was shocked and had no clue since I was nursing and preventing. However, I have now come to my scenes and am so excited. This little girl is suppose to be in our home and if there is one thing I know God is in control. So I made an apointment with the doctore and I was hopping with all my might that I was at least 6 weeks pregnant. She then said "wow you are 17 weeks pregnant and it looks like your having a little girl." I was so excited to be so far...I have heard about women like this but always thought they must be so out of it. So now I can relate. So my due date is March 19th (Trey's birthday) and I will have 5 kids -5 years old and under!
All I guess I can say is- BRING IT ON! and will you all please pray for my legs!
I know Heavenly Father is ever mindful of me and lifts me even when I don't think I can do it any longer. I just want to testify that if we go to Him he will carry us. One of my favorit scripture is Matt 11:28-30 Come unto me all the labor and are of heavy laden and I will give you rest. I know God lives and has a plan for me and my BIG family.

October Update- Allie's 2nd Birthday

Allie celebrated her 2nd Birthday on Oct 9th! She is such a joy! she has so many faces and excitement for life. She loves phones, shoes, coloring and babies...especially Tucker. She wouldn't go an any rides at Chuck E. Cheese until I said I needed her to help Tucker go. Then she didn't want to stop.

The pictures of Lorin and Trey are an everyday thing at our house...Lego's, Lego's, and more Lego's. Lorin gets more into it than the kids it is fun to watch. He put together these men in between general conference... a good 2 hour activity!

Tucker is now all over the place, he loves the stairs, and tries hard to crawl as fast as the kids run. He is such a happy easy baby.
Trey is loving his time at home with Lindi at school. We have had a ton more one on one time. He has made a corner of the Toy room into "his room" and spends hours to himself just happy as can be with Lego's, dinosaurs and swards.

Lindi was part of a Jog-a-thon and ran laps to earn $$$ for her school this is her and her class just after it finished.

-Lindi started Kindergarten with Mrs. Sullivan she is in Heaven and is doing incredible. She has spelling words for homework and spends hours writing, counting and working and getting smarter all the time. She was 5 or 25 kids to get her ABC Club pin and 2 of 25 to getter her Spelling Bee pin (knowing all the sounds of the letters) during the 1st week. She works on reading all the time and just gets better and better. It is incredible to see her shine and love school so much. I also love the free time it opens up!

July Update

Brown Family Update for July…

1. Lorin’s Dad and Kathy come to play! We went to Yosemite and Kings Canyon National Park. It was so wonderful for us to share with them our little world out here in CA. The kids we’re so excited to have them here and loved every minuet.

2. We also went to Pismo Beach camping for a night with tons of families from our ward. It was a blast!!! I must say I’m a big fan of 4-wheeling in sand dunes!

3. The 4^th of July=We had a picnic at the Church and spent the rest of the day swimming at the Lenzingers. Trey was scared of the Fireworks so we had to leave when they started. We have played hard this month. Lorin’s high light has been playing softball; our ward has made it to the playoff finals this Wednesday!!! I have loved spending tons of time at the pool! I also have a little girl come watch the kids for me on Tuesdays to have “Kelli” time and it has been so nice the first week I just took a blanket to the park and sat and looked up at the sky.

Kid run down…

Lindi- Is now going to start school here in CA at Garfield Elementary. She is so excited and reminds me how sad I am going to be without her at home. She does tell me that Trey will now have to step it up and be my big helper when she is gone. This month I went to the Free Family Movie and it was the 1^st time I have ever taken my kids to a Movie theater (at least that they can remember) Lindi was overwhelmed by how big the movie was and loved it. I also took the kids to the water park and Lindi passed the swim test and went off with Joanie Kalmbach (13yr old babysitter) to all the big rides. I felt Lindi wasn’t a baby anymore as she was off like one of the big kids. Lindi has an amazing memory, there is so much I can tell her and months later she remembers. As we drive in the car I always play a game where I ask each kid a question: For example to Allie, “what does the Tiger say?” Trey, “What does the letter ‘T’ say?” and for Lindi how to spell ‘Cat’?” Well I asked Lindi how to spell Car and I realized it was a different sound of “a” and so I just told her the answer. Well the 2 days later she was playing school and said to her self, “Okay Lindi this is a tricky one, How do you spell car? C-A-R” It was so incredible how she remembered. She has really grasped addition and subtraction as well.

Trey-Has become quite the little swimmer! This summer he took some lessons and nothing holds him back. He will dive if you help him. He would go anywhere except he still isn’t strong enough to take a breath so he challenges himself all over with all the breath he can muster. Trey loves things organized and everything placed the right way. He get so frustrated as we clean up and we put a toy in the wrong spot. He loves to fill his backpack with dinosaurs and then put them throughout the house. Trey has just taken an interest in his letters and numbers. He knows most of them now and practices on a little toy computer each day. He also loves to play the computer and tends to break it very well but can master so many games all by himself. He is a way picky eater but does love gumballs, pancakes, pizza, pot stickers, and bread with oil and balsamic vinegar. Lorin taught our kids to play progressive Rook, they play it every day and every chance they get. It is so fun as Trey will put down his bid and then truly get it even with barely knowing his number…and having no idea what number is bigger than another number. He seems to get his bid all the time. Both Lindi and him freak out if they ever get the Rook and make a “Cah Cah” sound to let us know they are the winners.

Allie- Has entered the terrible two’s early. She is so determined to be her own little self and her favorite word is “NO”. She has to have things just right …the right color cup, or plate or she freaks out. She also has to sit in the chair she has in her mind or have her glass filled just right. Really it is a constant guessing game with her all day. She is so tender and feisty all at once. She is getting real good at talking but she thinks she is perfectly clear when I really still have no clue what she is saying. She really only talks in our home and for a purpose…it is real hard to get her to do it on demand. She loves to say names and always says “Tucker Boy” She still is always in his face, but he is starting to like it better now and will laugh as she sits and plays with him. Trey and Allie also like to play Tag or chase …Allie following after Trey as he runs. Allie is still in 6-9 month onesies and Tucker has likely surpassed her in weight and it won’t be long in height.

Tucker- Wow he is our Happy Boy! Really it is a rare thing when Tucker doesn’t have a smile on his face from ear to ear. His little grin is all gums. And each time you look at him he returns his appreciation with a heart felt warm smile. I can’t even describe it. It is so cool to see how he has wrapped Lorin around him. Normally he has a hard time connecting with them tell they were a little bigger. But that hasn’t been the case with Tucker. He will hold him and just get him to giggle and soak up his incredible spirit. Tucker is now sitting up and eating real food. Each week as I go swimming with the kids I just put him in the shade on a towel and give him a gram cracker and he is just happy as can be. Heavenly Father knew I needed an easy baby with having so many kids so close together but I never realized that kids could be as easy as he has been.

We are loving these summer days.

Clovis has been sunny and not too hot, making it for an incredible last few weeks. We have spent lot of time outside, on walks, picnics, and at the park or pool.

Lorin= A picture of Dad at work, with catalogs every where. We are just about to launch a much better web site for furniture. Can't wait for you all to see the new and improved sight.
The kids love it when he comes home from work...or downstairs/opens the door. Seminary has come to an end...bitter-sweet! Lorin has truly loved teaching these kids. This picture was taken on the last day and only half were there. He taught New Testament to about 23 kids.

Kelli= Life is truly full of picking up toys, changing diapers, wiping faces and feeding kids. I try hard to take the advice of my great friend Joy who always says, "These are the best days! just cherish them." I figure if I repeat that over and over I'll live for today and not wish my kids to be bigger. We have been swimming a ton and playing hard. I am able to accomplish so much more not being pregnant I feel like a new woman. Instead of doing one load of laundry a day I now can do like 5 and maybe clean one bathroom. Lorin and I went on a fun date "where is waldo" and dressed up for our Young Women and Men at the Mall. These our our costumes. The Man with the pink hair is our Bishop, Bill Barlocker. He is and awesome sport. Lorin and I also went on a great date this month up to the mountains and out to eat with our friends, the Lenzingers, on our motorcycles. We also went to an incredible Turtle-Bird Zoo.

Lindi= Just celebrated her fifth birthday on May 3rd. We had a party at the park with a few families. We played red light green light, duck duck goose, penny penny who has the penny and had a pinata. Lindi is so easy to please. Lindi is our little card player! she now asks all day long to play cards. She likes progressive Rook the best. She really gets it! She knows to slough off the bad cards and to hold the good ones and follow suite. It is lots of fun to play. Trey plays too, but is lucky when he gets what he calls. Lindi is so excited to go to school we bought her a backpack and she is pumped. The other day she filled out a whole math fax sheet! She is great at addition.

Trey= Has become our little fish! After a few swim lessons he has taken off. He loves to dive and jump in and can swim a good 15 feet. He isn't quite strong enough to take a breath, and we are working on the turn and float method. Trey has aged a ton in the last 8 weeks it is like he is big now. He actually helps clean up the toy room and loves to unload the dishwasher. He is a little wiz at working Lorin's "I"Phone. He loves swords, guns, dinosaurs and spider man. The picture off him in the armor is from a family night as Lorin taught about putting on the full armor of God, Trey loved it.

Allie= Is one of the big kids now. She doesn't like swimming, but keeps up in all other areas. She loves books, SHOES, coloring with a pen, and Tucker. She loves to use the word "no" and has quite the little attitude. She likes things done her way or else it has to be done again. This is hard at times for Mom, because she doesn't reason or bargain. Allie is our little light that keeps us all united.

He is learning to roll all around, will sit up now in a crouched position, eats oatmeal cereal one a day, constantly gets attacked by Allie, loves to jump in his bouncer and gets loads of kisses from the whole Brown Team. He is so easy to please and is always smiling.

April Run Down-... Utah, Confrence, Easter, Blessing, Birthdays..FUN! .

What a Month! At the Last minuet we decided to go to Utah for Conference, Easter, to Bless Tucker, and celebrate Sophie and Makaylas Birthdays, and Much more.
I was so exhausted trekking 4 kids around after 16 days...but it was worth it with how much fun we had.
Conference was truly incredible I hadn't been to conference since I was in Primary and couldn't believe how inspired I felt being in the Conference center. We were able to go with Caitline F. who has been a member for about 18 mts now and it was a huge pay day for me to see her and how far she has come. The spirit was so strong and I didn't have to fight kids to listen!! It was great to spend quality time with Abi too.
Easter was also an incredible day. We blessed Tucker Leonard Brown. Both Lorin and I were able to feel of his name sake, my grandpa, and There is nothing like being surrounded by family at such an event. ( Thanks Mayer Fam. for letting us use your ward ...once again)
Easter was full of lots of Hunts, candy and fun. We went to an Easter egg hunt at my Uncle Ben's with the Driggs side. and one at Trinnies with all the Browns and close friends. Easter was nice and quiet as we spent the afternoon with Tash's Family and are kids played amazing.
Both Sophie and Makayla celebrated their 5th birthdays while we were there!!! How fun to have so many close cousins...aunts...and 2nd cousins for Lindi and my kids to play with. I had some great fun with Aunt Katie, Lance and my cuz Molly and her kids at Wheeler Farm. Also one day Katie and I spent 6 Hours at the park. But then other days...it SNOWED! We got to play with my Friend Heidi Belcher Peterson one day whom I love and her three kids...
Wow as I write this I could go on and on of all the Fun we had. No wonder I was so tiered. Lorin didn't get to really play at all he the trip was a work trip and he didn't shy from working.
One of the greatest highlights for me is Kathy Brown took the time and did a therapy session using sand and little figures. I haven't let a day go by where I haven't thought of what I learned from that hour of time and how I can be a better mom. It is always great to see a weakness and then try and work on making it better.
My cousin Alex's wedding was a blast. You should have seen my Nana busting a move. She is incredible. I also got to go one day to the "What a girl Wants" expo with her and other extended fam. Overall it was a 10+ trip!!!
Then the next weekend back Spencer and His family came into town and wow it was also a blast. We went to the rodeo parade, played games, and had a photo taking afternoon. It was fun to stay up late and talk and watch little Lance as he dove right in with all my kids. I could have had them stay another five days.

I sure love my kids- They are the Joy of my life. I'm the Luckiest Person alive. It makes all the difference to be well again. Being crippled sure makes life hard. I can accomplish so much now that I'm not pregnant it is crazy I now can do all I need to and still have a little time for myself. I've tried to take Pres.Uchtdorfs advice and create check it out.

Here is a little piece of Heaven!!! 8 DAYS worth!!! We were able to go to an all inclusive resort with Lorin's Sister Trinnie and her husband Brett and the two babies. It was truly incredible we never left the resort and Socked up the sun in the shade because of the babies, eat, played tennis and relaxed.

January Update

Tucker Leonard
Is my little cuddle buddy; sad but true I really never hold him unless I'm feeding him or in the middle of the night, but I love evey chance I get! Tucker is a perfect baby. He sleeps great, doesn't freak out when he is attacked by his siblings, and eats consistently every 3 hours. I sure love having him in our home, and the spirit he brings. He is now 9.9 lbs vs 6.1 lbs- after only 4 weeks, my milk must be cream.

Allie Jane
Allie is our little Joy she is always happy. Just the last four days she has been sick and even then she is really pretty happy. Allie loves to color, she tries to copy her big sister. However I'm working on keeping the crayons out of reach because she doesn't get that you can only color on paper...not walls, tables, chairs and the fridge. Her hair is getting real long, as you can see I was able to braid it! She also knows tons of Animal noises and likes to point out parts of her body like her nose, tongue, cheeks, head, toes... She is picking up a few words but doesn't talk much. She also likes to make faces for different emotions like "Happy Face" Sad...Surprised...Thinking and Mad Face. She is a true Joy!!!

Treyton Lorin
Trey has entered the "I can do it myself" stage big time. He likes to have an opinion on what he wears and if any article of clothing gets wet or dirty in any way he has to change...well get naked and stay not dressed as long as possible. He has to go potty like his Dad so he stands on the toilet seat and squats, since he can't reach. He also has to wear underwear to bed but has not made it through the night without peeing his bed, making tons of extra laundry for me. Trey loves Movies. He is capable of watching the TV all day; he'll set out all the movies he wants to watch and even go look through movies as if they were books. He is just understanding the difference in gender and constantly tells us he is a boy and Tucker and Dad are boys. Since Trey figured out Tucker is a boy, he has taken a special interest in his little brother. Trey's new bad habit is sucking on all his fingers, a habit I want to break. Trey is all boy! He loves all the new boy toys from Christmas, his Batman, action figures, Handy Mandy tools and his Crocodile.

Lindi Jonna
"My biggest Helper" I can't say enough of how grateful I am to have Lindi. I don't think I could be a mom of 4 little kids without Lindi by my side. At four and a half she truly takes on a mother role. Lindi is so conscious of her siblings and their needs. She watches out for them and helps keep the action going; at times too much and gets in their faces. When she is gone I become the entertainer and I don't always have time for it. Lindi gets mad at me if I start to change Allie's diaper and don't let her do it. She is obsessed with "Momma Mia" She now has all the music downloaded and she walks around with head phones and sings the songs. She has a love for music! She is so smart and has the most incredible memory I've ever known. I wish at times is wasn't so good. She is our little Mom.I even heard her tell her dad the other day that she can do everything that mom can do!

My Letter to Tucker....

I have never counted down to a specific date more than with you. On Nov.15^th my body pretty much shut down. I have horrible varicosities while I’m pregnant and with 3 little kids it was hard to stay off of my feet. So after a Saturday work day in the yard, I pushed my limits and your Dad had to carry me to bed. So for the last 6 weeks I’ve been on ‘Bed Rest’ and it has been a tough trial but well worth YOU!

Your due date was Jan 8^th however the Doctor said since I was in lots of pain and on bed rest she would let you come on Dec 18^th. Granny Bev came down to help and be with your brother and sisters. We were so excited and arrived at the Hospital at 6:30 am for the induction. Four long hours later we were sent home, because there wasn’t enough room in the hospital. The Lord knew you needed a little more time to cook, despite what your Dad and I wanted. Granny extended her stay to the 26^th and booked a ticket for Poppy to come for Christmas. We were now counting down to the 23^rd of December. Monday the 22^nd I went to see the Doctor (Allyson Pielop) and by 2:00pm I was having steady contractions on my own. By 4 PM I was in the hospital excited that you were on your way. The Doctor didn’t break my water until 10 pm because we let her go to her family Christmas party and we were nervous if we did it earlier she would get to her party and then just have to come back to deliver you so we decided we would wait. For me it was the first act of service I had given all Christmas season after having received so much. Around 12:45 am the nurse said I was ready to push. I had a nurse go find Dad and Granny because they had gone to lie down. Right as they walked in each stood by one of my sides. After about two minutes Granny got dizzy and had to sit down. Then 30 seconds later Dad got dizzy. The Hospital was crazy so we were just trying to get nurses to come help. Everyone seemed more concerned about Dad and Granny not fainting… than us…well almost. I only pushed for about ten minutes and you were here.

When you came out Dr. Reddington put you right on my chest. I can’t describe the feelings that rushed through me. I felt so much love and gratitude you were here and healthy. The heavens truly opened up and the veil was so thin.

I couldn’t hold you for long because you weren’t breathing that well. The nurses hurried you off to the nursery to get you on oxygen. You were there for about two hours and then back in my arms. For the first 24 hours you constantly made grunting sounds. At first I didn’t know why but I just kept pretending you were telling me about heaven. I later learned, from Dr. Jones, you had moisture in your lungs.

The hospital stay was wonderful in the fact that I had tons of time with just you. I did share a room with 2 other moms, so it wasn’t always quiet but still peaceful. I didn’t have a phone and only our little family came to visit the next morning. Lindi, Trey and Allie were so excited to see you. It was overwhelming and exciting to have all 4 kids on my hospital bed. Your siblings didn’t stay long. Dad finally got to hold you and then stayed for a few hours. We didn’t have a name picked out until just before we left the hospital. We thought you might be ‘Aaron’ but when we saw you it wasn’t right. Dad and I have a hard time agreeing on boys names; we both loved Tucker so that was that. Your middle name is Leonard after my Grandpa Driggs. He passed away last year and is an incredible man. Dad and I feel honored to carry on his name.

Lindi hasn’t wanted to leave your side. Christmas morning Lindi was the first to wake up, she was sleeping on my floor and you were in my arms. She jumped to her feet and said, “I have to wash me hands!” For the next 40 minuets she was perfectly content just holding you before she was ready to go down and open presents. Christmas Eve as we acted out the nativity Lindi was so excited to have you as her little Jesus. Allie thinks you’re her little doll. When it is her turn to hold you she takes her dear sweet time and won’t let you go until she has given you tons of wet kisses and made you cry with her not-so-soft pats. Trey as been very sweet as well and shows way more interest in you that I thought he would. He has a tender touch with you.

We are so excited you are here! You are perfect. The best Christmas present we will ever have.

Well for those of you who don't know I have a good reason I've been a bad blogger as of late. For the last 5 weeks I've been on bed rest and am just counting down the days to Dec. 18th. when I'm getting induced. So in just a few days this baby will be here and I can hopefully start getting back to a normal mom. So next post I hope to show pics of the baby. I'll keep you all posted.

Halloween Night ...

we went trick-or-treating to just a few doors but spent the night with our good friends the Clayborn at their Church carnival. It was amazing! and so much fun I wish my kids and my legs could have lasted longer. Lorin is Moses if you couldn't tell, he got lots of laughs. Lindi = Sleeping Beauty/ Trey= Tiger / Allie = Pumpkin / Me = A Rainbow

what a fun tradition! Lorin did it all with the kids. He even was the one who took them to pick their pumpkins out one Saturday while I was out working on Prop 8. He is such an awesome Dad!

Ward Halloween Party!

I loved this picture of Mimi and Allie, we are surely going to miss my family they are moving to Utah officially this weekend. I'm excited for them, they need to be there.

I don't know if this was bad, but with all the Prop 8 that was going around I was a Rainbow for Halloween and then ware a Prop 8 pin on my shirt. So I was a walking contradiction. I thought it was funny. Most people just thought I was dressed crazy and didn't see the rainbow anyway.

And....WE WON the battle!!! Prop 8 Passed!!!!

I just love my little Tiger. He is getting into the I want to do everything myself stage and it is soooo fun. I open the door and then have to shut it because he wants to open... and this is just one example of many. He is my ultimate Joy one second and then my death the next.

Allie's 1st Birthday
Lindi was far more excited for this day than Allie. Lindi walk up 1st thing and asked when the party started and when we got to open presents. I didn't have anything planned so I called in my good friends and their kids. Between the 4 of us we had 11 kids and ALL 4 were pregnant. It was crazy. Utah for Business

Saturday when we got up their Erik and Erin, Lorin's Step Brother had a reception up the Canyon it was so beautiful and lots of fun. There were a wide range of people their which made it so fun... I loved all the Bickers the best.

All 4 of us decided to ware yellow; it must have been the color of the day. Also Congratulations to Tash! She is expecting another baby!!!! So one again we'll have a few cousins for this baby.

One day Trinnie and I took the kids to "This is the place monument" It was quite fun… we had 5 kids and were both pregnant. It was a slow day and we were able to see a lot. We basically had a personal tour. This picture is in the old school house. Lindi and Peyton practiced writing their names on little chalk boards.

Making a difference with Proposition 8....
Our leaders have asked us to now "SPRINT" to the finish line. There are FOUR weeks left until election day and they are
asking us to give at least FOUR hours of service to Prop 8 each of the next 4 weeks, and more than that if we can. They are also asking us set aside the hours from 9am until 2pm on Saturdays for making calls,standing on street corners with signs or going door to door. If those hours are impossible for you, Do it when you can!!! Every bit helps. They also suggest using the internet as
a tool for making our voice heard. In fact, they said to speak to every person we can about the importance of preserving marriage and religious freedom. We were also asked to pray privately and publicly that Prop 8 will pass.

Hear is a little update from the Brown Team.

Lindi loves to push Allie around in her stroller, and Allis is in love with Babies. This makes for a great combo. Lindi's favorite toy is Allie and Allie's is babies; so I'm a little nervous with the new born baby that is on his way.
We got this fun new toy at a garage sale for $5 and the kids have loved it. They think the top is another seat. And Allie is a good driver too.
Allie really is my mover and shaker. She is always into something this week was a little crazy. Sunday night she took a real big fall of the couch as she stood up to a stroller that was on the couch, which rolled off and she went with it face first into our rocking horse. She beat up her face pretty bad. My heart sank every time I saw her. It has now been a week and she is finally looking back to normal. I think she bused her whole right side of her face she could barely open her eye. This picture doesn't even do it justice.

Allie learned to walk her first steps this week I don't have video but she can stand up in the middle of the room and then take 3 steps before she then falls and starts to crawl. I'll try and get a video up soon. but she doesn't like to walk with me around just on her own so it is hard to capture. She also learned to crawl up onto our kitchen chairs and then onto the top of the table. I now need to make sure all the chairs are pushed in, so we don't get any more faces like this.Allie makes messes wherever she is. She is very fast, when she gets in the bear crawl, which is up on her feet and hands.

Lindi Learning to ride a Bike.
Lindi has been asking us for about 6 weeks to take off her training wheels and teach her to ride a bike. I have been real hesitant since she seems so young. Well it was a nice night on Wednesday and so we decided to try it. She did great for about 10-15 min. but then realized it was a lot harder then it looks. Lorin followed behind her and just helped to get the feel of riding and balancing. It was a good first lesson. Well through out the week she has now been teaching herself, which that is how she always likes to learn. She has been in the back yard and simple practices balancing and starting with just a one rotation of the peddles. So here are a few pictures from the night...

Lindi is in love with writing her letters. This week for preschool I made a worksheet with little picture in boxes (like a; hat, cat, yo yo, table, apple) and the 3 little girls had to look at the picture decide what letter it started with and then write that letter on the line below. I was amazed at how well they all did. Sophi didn't need help with the whole sheet and Lindi asked me to make dotes to trace for 2 of the letters, 'W' and 'G' I realized that Lindi knows lots more than I gave her credit. We also stared memorizing the kindergarten sight words, there are about 30 (ie:is, the, go, no, I, A, to, we, me..) Lindi is loving it. Today at church she just keep putting letters together and asking if it spelled a word. Sometimes it did like, no, go, pot... but other time it was like, "hgpunw" When I said explained wasn't a word she would get all discuraged and try again. It is fun to have her so excited to learn. Also as you can see from this picture she is in love with taking pictures of herself. Every time I go to down load pictures I find at least 4 or 5 like this, well usually not so good.
Trey! wow he is my buddy right now. Most of his life he has always prefer his Dad over me. Well the last week is doesn't want Lorin at all and just wants Mom. It is so fun to feel like the favorite after two and a half years!!! He loves to snuggle up with me in the mornings and have me put him to bed. He has honestly been a dream to potty train. in 3 weeks I have only had to clean up one #2 and like 6 -#1's !!! and he wears a dipper to bed but has only wet in his dipper 2x!!! I hope all my kids can be like this. He is in love with Tarzan the Disney movie and acts like he is Tarzan all the time. He also loves swards, slings and drums! This is a picture of Trey acting like a tiger in a bear costume we need a few more boy dress ups.

Saturday I went to get an oil change for the car at Wal-Mart and it took...2 Hours with all 3 kids
so I looked through fabric and Lindi picked some and had me make us 3 girls
Matching dresses. It was fun to be back on the sewing machine.
Sunday the girls and Emily(I gave her mine) ware the outfits and we took pictures.

Also I potty trained Trey this last week and he was awesome. Treys personality is one to "watch others" until he knows he can do it and then he just does it. The first 2 days we only had 2 small accidents. (church was a desaster) and then the rest of the week was incredible. He still forgets and starts a little in his pants then runs to the bathroom. but over all 10 times easyer than Lindi (not that I'm compairing) He just seems so much bigger now!

I am So proud of my little Lindi who isn't so little any more. Wednesday we went boating and Lindi saw a 7 yr old girl water ski and said, "Can I go next?" she was so excited and ready to try. She got up on her 1st try and finally we had to stop the boat because she went for so long and Lorin was hanging out in the water, since he helped her start. She was grinning from ear to ear and hasn't stop talking about it. The water Ski was a 'U' shape ...great for beginners.
We also went boating today and she was crazy on the tube. She wants to be so big and will live up to the next age around her. Which today was two 11 yr olds. Lindi puts her mind to something and does it. She is my confident little go getter.

And I have to add a few Pictures of the rest of the Family. Emily Wake surfed for the 1st time and was so excited. She has been staying with us for 2 weeks as she started school and my family is up in Utah getting Sam started at UVU (UVSC in Orem UT).
The Couks..ie: Allie is always ready to pose for a picture it is great.
Trey likes boating because of all the treats and junk we always bring. He also tubed and did awesome. He has little emotion on his face the whole time. He is so mellow and go with the flow.

Today was our ultrasound and we are excited to announce we are evening up the #'s with another BOY!

Getting to the half way point in Pregnancy is huge!! Not only because it is down hill from here but because of the awesome 20 week ultrasound. I am continually amazed at the incredible miracle of BIRTH and how the Savior allowed us as women to be a part of it. God allows us to be co-creators with Him...WOW!!! Today I was reminded of my roll as a woman. So often the world or feminist try and take on lots of rolls, however there is none greater than the one of being blessed to be a mom.

Getting Clean after a hard long day of PLAY.
Caitline my darling friend called Friday and said she was on her way to visit for the weekend. I was so excited. She is in her last year of nursing school in the Bay area. She is a person with so much strength and confidence in knowing what's meaningful and going after it.
We taught her some games, went to a ward swim party and watched a lot of the Olympics. She is so cute with my kids, I love her to pieces!

Allie is my big climber as of late. She climbs up onto our couch and then can't get down. She is also way sick right now which has been a miracle because it is the first time since she has been born. It is hard being helpless as she is coughing up a storm.

Trey is potty training in action. He is always naked and working on going to the toilet or in the dirt out back. Monday we are starting with Big Boy Underwear. I can't take the diapers all over the house any more.

Lindi is an avid colorer. She works so hard at every picture. She has also become so much more obedient. She is in love with 'Real' make up and jewelry and doesn't like the fake stuff at all.

Pismo Beach- Camping at the Sand Duns

We got to go to Pismo Beach with some friends in our Ward the Lenzingers and McCauleys. We had a blast camping on the Sand Duns for 5 days. We sure got sandy but it was well worth it. My Parents and 2 sisters came down Saturday for the day and got in on the fun. I was nurvice to camp with 3 little kids but it was nice having the Lenzingers camper there to warm up bottles and use the bathroom. Allie ate tons of sand. Trey got to be profetional at throughing the sand. and Lindi was able to drive a quad all by herself! She was also the first to jump into the freezing cold ocean; she is shuch the dare devil. Lorin got sweet air...as you can see from the pictures and I did a lot of talking. It is so nice to have such great friends to share their awesome toys and make memories. I hope they will have us again.

Church Help

HELP
I'm the Faith in God Leader in our ward for the 10-11 years old this week we did a 'Modest are the Hottest' activity and dressed ourselves both modest and immodest with newspaper and garbage bags. It was a blast. It is fun having my sister Emily in my group.

NEXT WEEK ...I need help coming up with a Parent Child activity. We have already done a nice dinner, and a Hoe down. so if you have any fun ideas I would love them. I have about 10 girls each time and visitors. This activity they get to choose to bring either Mom or Dad. Anyway I'm up or any thing. Thanks !!

I also go to a scripture class each week which I love this was one of the hand outs this week and being ready for the last days. The class was an eye opener of just remembering to not get comfortable and to always work on being better and more like our Savior. I was just trying to find something online and come across this prayer from George Washington it is moving. and helps me remember what an incredible nation we have and how it was founded in God. Now the last days are hear and things are not quite the same but at least we know we are near the end.

Another Letter to Abi in Argentina- with updates on kids

Dear Abi-

Hi, Hello I hope you are still getting mail since it is now snail mail. I usually like to hand write letter but each of the letters I write you I also add to my blog, because I never add much to it. It is also a way to bare my testimony in an easy way to all that read it.

Well today I substituted Primary (which I do every week in some form) but this week for singing time. I was to teach the kids “Called to Serve” by the time the two hours of Primary were up I was ready to drop in exhaustion. I had them singing at the top of there lungs and doing these awesome actions as we sang the choirs. It was so powerful. I love baring testimony of Missionary work. I gave each of the Kids a badge that said, “Future Missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints” I think that everyone one in the building could hear us singing. I then went into Nursery to do their singing time and wow I love little kids, I learned that all along I was doing the wrong actions to “Twinkle Twinkle little Star”

I don’t officially have a calling in Primary…well kind of “Perma-Sub” but I love the feeling in there and the energy the kids have for the gospel. It was truly a powerful Sabbath. It is amazing to see children be raised with such standards and doctoring engrained in them from such an early age. It is a witness to me that if I do all I can and one of my kids decided not to stay active in the Church they will still remember the lessons throughout their lives and one day come back…even if it is in the Millennium. (and no I’m not predicting my kids to go off the deep end, I’m just saying)

Any way for the week; we went swimming Tuesday and Friday, I maid 7 batches of home maid Peach Jam and 6 batches of homemade Fruit leather. Dad had supplied me with 100s of fresh Peaches from his peach tree and they are to die for. We have also had lots of vanilla ice cream with fresh smashed peaches on top. Let’s just say PEACHES have been the hot item over here.

Updates with the kids since it has been a while…

Lindi – She has now mastered writing her name and love to practice. She is such a perfectionist and has to make it just right. She is also quite the swimmer. I don’t really worry about even watching her anymore …she can do flips and dives of the side of the pool, and dive into the water to get toys at the bottom, she has even tried a back dive off the diving board. She was challenged being around her cousins in Utah that she pushed herself to the limit. She also just got a pocked size B.O.M. and loves caring it around.

Trey- is into his 2’s big time his favorite word is “NO” and thinks he can do everything himself. He is such an observer and then once he thinks he figures it out he masters it and is set in his mind that that is how it is. For example; he figured out what a ‘Church’ but then if you show him a picture of a temple and say it is a temple and not a church he is so frustrated, usually throwing a few punches and some firm yells and demands you say it is a church and not a temple.

He is talking so much now too. He loves to read books and tell the story he is really into animals, swards (truly anything is a sward) and toothbrushes. I think he just likes eating the toothpaste but he like to brush several times a day.

Also Big News he went poop on the toile 2x this week. It is the first time ever he has shown interest. So Maybe I won’t have 3 kids in dippers at onceJ

Allie- Wow this girl knows how to motor. Every time you put her down so jets to the stairs to see if the gate is up or if the can climb them. She would spend her whole day going up stairs if she could. Allie has the easiest going personality she is always on the move to LEARN she wants to get her hands on the next time, whatever that may be.

She likes to make noises - she puts her hand over her mouth and makes an Indian noise. Every time you look over at Al she always offers up a huge smile. She always melts my heart. Truly she is my joy these days.

Baby #4- Well this one is giving me the run around, I’m sick 1 out of 3 days. My legs are getting bad now and my body just aches. To tell you the truth I really don’t think about this baby, but being pregnant is on my mind all day long. It is hard to be pregnant. But all is worth it in the end.

I am more excited every week to think I will have another little angle in my home.

I am now just over 15 weeks which pregnancy is 40 weeks so 3mts.

Lorin- He is a trooper and has been picking up the slack since I haven’t been up to full speed. 3 nights in a row I didn’t really have much of a dinner…well if you count ‘Top Ramen’ or the minuet he comes home/out of is office I head to the bed. He has his furniture business going and growing, it is doing better each month. He surely works hard. (also Lorin says. “Abs time will just fly by, work each day to make miracles happen, True Faith will cause things to happen. Spend these last months’ causing miracles to happen. Make each day count! There is no better place than a mission. I love you keep up the good work!”)

Kelli- I have updated you through out…but as of late I just want to read Work and the Glory #7 and sit in bed. Life is good and I love my little family they keep me going and remind me everyday how much I love being a mom and how challenging it is.

Abi I love you millions and am so proud of you and all you are doing. How incredible to wear the Lords name on your shirt every day. I know he is pleased with all you are doing and your efforts to bring true Joy to all his children. Keep it up and know that we are praying for you everyday.

Since I'm not to good at writing on my blog I like to just copy my letters I send to my Sister Abi on her mission. It gives a better update of what I'm thinking, doing, and feeling

Abi- I just thought I would get a letter off quick so you at least hear from someone since your e-mail has been turned off. I have really been praying for you and the people of Argentina. As I learn more and more about the circumstances that are going an there it is a true blessing you have the prayers of the whole membership of the church and are included in every prayer in every temple! Because if not there is no way you would be safe in any which way. I love you and I just want you to be safe. Over the 4^th of July I was move as I thought of how blessed we are to live and be raised in America and how many opportunities we have because of this land. I know it is incredible to travel and visit other lands but there is nothing like being home.

Well for the last 24 day we have been in Utah. It is good to be home but we had a blast. We spent a week in St George with a family reunion; and then in Orem for the rest of the time. We swam, went fishing, and feed the ducks, went to Thanksgiving point to see the farm animals and just played around. Life with 3 little kids is hard to travel because you can’t do much, you still have to follow somewhat of a routine. Anyway I added some pictures so you can see.

I love what you said in your last letter…

“ I also know that with His many mighty miracles and wonders He personally spent hours making me and teaching me how to become the best I could long before my mission started. I have come to reflect a lot this week of how the Lord has prepared me for this call. I know that I had to have surgery on not only one but both of my knees because if not there is no way I would have been able to do this. He knew long before I did that I had weak knees. Just simple things that I never would have thought have often popped into my mind and as I have come to reflect every single choice I have yet made in my life, whether good or bad has lead me to this point in my life and I feel confident that this is exactly where the Lord wants and needs me to fulfill this marvelous work.”

I feel this same way I don’t know if I am capable of all the Lord has in store for me but I’m ready to try. Everyday I marvel at the Lords Tender Mercies. While we were up in Utah, Lindi dropped Allie out of the playpen and we thought fractured her hip. I called my insurance and my kids weren’t covered out of State so I would have to pay out of pocket for any bills. Allie was in so much pain and wouldn’t move, she would just hold on to me and if you tried to but her down she would just wince in pain. I had Lorin give her a blessing and it was incredible. He said, “To let her be healed by the Master healer.” Both Lorin and I opened out eyes full of tears. I felt the Lord was so aware of Little Allie and our situation. I then put Allie down for a little nap while I got in contact with a Doctor in Bev’s ward. They were so helpful and said to come in. I woke Allie up and went strait there. However, when I got there Allie was a different Girl. She was able to crawl around a little bit and wasn’t in hardly any pain. I then felt kind of stupid in front of the Doctor. He then determined that she just bruised her left hip and to watch her. As I went up front to check out and pay the bill. The Lady informed me the Doctor did the check up ‘free of charge’…wow! I knew that the Lord not only healed little Allie and comforted her but also took care of out finances since we are tight right now. I left the building and couldn’t help but be overwhelmed with the tender love of a Heavenly Father who watches out for me. Allie slowly recovered and is doing so much better. Well the story doesn’t end. Just last Sunday(Bev’s Ward still in UT) I sat down in church and stared talking to the guy next to me. Well at the end of Sacrament he says, “I noticed your little girl if favoring her left leg is everything okay?” He then explained that he just got back last week from being a mission president in Mexico but is a Pediatrician. He then gave Allie another examination and made sure the hip was healing properly…wow again!!! What are the chances- to sit next to a Pedestrian, and for him to be so observant and helpful. It was so comforting to know everything was healing right with Allie.

I just want you to know Abi how grateful I am for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I know that God lives and that we are watched over. If we simple look for all that he dose in our lives we would be amazed. The Priesthood is real and works!!! It is incredible how the Lord tests our faith and requires certain tasks of us, but when we live up to it how blessed we are. Please share this message with your little village and add my witness to yours of the divinity of a Savior. He is and holds the key to happiness.

I miss you tons and am so proud of how hard you are working. I’m glad you have a new fun companion. The kids and Lorin say Hi too.

I'm feeling good (well depends on the Day) and we are excited to add #4. I didn't think it would be this fast but we'll take it. The Lords plans are not ours, I learn this every day. I'm Due Jan 8th, so Am 14 weeks/3 months along.

24 Days In Utah!!!!

We just got back from out long visit to Utah. We Had a blast in St. George for the first week at a family Reunion with Glenn, Kathy and the Brown Family. We spent the days swimming, at the park, and simply being together.
There are so many Little Kids Lindi and Trey are in Heaven when they get to play with their cousins.

We also had a great time in Orem ...@ Thanksgiving Point- Fishing in Midway-Cooking at Granny's-4th of July Parties(Tinnie's House, Glenn's House and Uncle Matt's with all the Drigges) Ya we stayed up tell 2:15am and then didn't leave tell the next day at 5pm. We played Hard

Update -Letter to ABI

For our update, yesterday We all hicked Half Domb (ward activity) and wow am I feeling it today! Lorin basicly ran up the mountan and hasn't worked out at all, I don't know how he does it. Sam, Emily and I went together on the way up and it was so fun to be with the two of them it will be a memory for life. I thought Sam would want to prove something and be real fast but he hung with us slow pockes until two miles left. The total hick was 19 miles.- Let me tell you it was one of the hardest things I've ever done. Emily was a trooper at a 11 and making it to the very Top!!! Mom wasn't with us except for the drive which was a big bummer. Lorin, Sam and I went down together and ran almost the whole way. It was beautiful and an incredible day.
This was our last week of Preschool for the year for Lindi and I'm so proud that we keep it up the WHOLE year. I'm planning on doing it again next year too.
Thursday Night I took Sam on a date. We went to a nice restaurant and just had dessert. I had him bring his journal and we reminised about his life up to this point. I also did this with Spencer before he left on his mission, (made a JOY book/memory book). I asked him about his favorite memories thought out life ... High School and with every individual in the family. With each person I had him list like 3-5 memories. He had a hard time thinking of memories with everyone in the family except YOU! it was so sweet. We got to your name and he rolled like 6 memories off the top of his tong. We then went to Emily and after we were done talking about memories with her. I asked Sam who he looked up to the most growing up...it was YOU! Your his closest sibling and I tried to explain to him that as much as he looks up to you, Emily looks up to him and to do is best when he comes Home to Love her and make her feel special. His eyes watered up and he just started to cry it was so sweet. I think it hit him that he was leaving! that this chapter of his life was closing and he wasn't going to be home anymore...or at least for the next 2 1/2 years. He is Off to Texas to sale security system a week after Graduation.
Mom was released from YW President today and she gave an incredible testimony. I was balling. She is an amazing example of someone who fulfills their calling. I need to step it up.
Well I love you and I've got to go. This was a good size letter, Points to me :) Once again I'm so glad you are safe and nothing happened more to you than loosing your purse. We pray for you always love you millions Kelli

wow wow I already sent Abi the letter and went and got in Bed and realized I didn't tell half the week. It was an ever eventful week. Spencer, Katie and Lance were in town and we played every night from Friday to Wednesday. We had a few BBQs, Game Nights, One night we went to a nice country club and all played tennis (on a clay court, Lorin was in Heaven) My uncle Warren and Cindy were in town too and it was so fun to be with them can catch up. Lance was a doll ...but Allie got the best of him and would crawl all over him beating him up It was pretty cute. Spencer and Katie are on there way to Washington for a summer internship and will have a blast. I loved being with you guys.

Allie is now all over the place. She is my fastest mover. Yesterday she went from our front door into our play room which is like 25 feet. She is so much like Lindi when she was little in the fact that she has to always be discovering something new, I am out of ideas of what else I can let her play with. She is always moving...never stops; this is one of the reasons I think she is so small...5th percentile in weight or less. She just had 2 teeth pop through on Thursday, which wasn't enjoyable. Allie loves REAL PEOPLE food, she struggled to eat at first but now is a champ. I can now give her tons of stuff; tonight she had waffles for dinner.
Lindi is really into coloring. She is a perfectionist with not going out of the lines. She has a "slow and steady gets the job done" - crafty side. I have loved teaching her pre-school this year because I have seen how she learns compared to the other kids...her strengths and weaknesses. Lindi is my biggest helper, I didn't know a 4 year old could do so much, it is so nice to have an extra set of hands.
Trey is such a trooper. His arm hasn't slowed him down- he is always on the go. He went to our Fathers and Sons this weekend with Lorin which was on a lake, boating for 2 days straight. Trey is a total Daddy's boy. He won't come to me for anything unless Lorin is at work - Treys favorite people are #1his Dad #2 Mimi ( my mom) and #3 Emily ( my sister) I think he has them wrapped around his finger because he can get all 3 of them to do whatever he wants ... and he doesn't like me because I don't let him get away with stuff. It is still a major struggle to get him to go to bed. Tonight he screamed at his door... and when we finally came to check on him he was fast asleep on the floor -right as you walk in.
Lorin is quite sore because he went boating Thu, Fri, and Sat...and wants to go Monday too.
Lorin is also excited because this is his last week of teaching seminary for the year. Both he and the Seniors are ready for summer.
Saturday I taught a class for our stake Faith in God Activity.(8-11 yr old girls) It was on the Holy Ghost...I taught the class for 30 min 5x. I have a new respect for teachers. I was so tired and confused with which class I taught what. Overall it went well and I'm glad it is over. Next Lorin and I are training to hick the Half dome in Yosemite national Park. It will be a fun day trip to take with the youth of our ward.

Lindi's Birthday.
The best part of the whole day is she can now chew GUM

This is Lindi on her birthday loaded with make-up. As soon as she woke up she asked, "Now Mom can I have lip stick, Lip liner, eye shadow, blush and Mascara!" Ya she is only 4 I'm in trouble
Saturday May 3rd Lindi Turned 4! So is getting so big. Sam was Danny in Grease so we went and saw his play and then went to the park after for Linid and Mark (my mom's cuz) Birthdays.
I think Allie and I look alike here and I had to throw this picture in here because my kids always tend to look like Lorin.
Playing in the Backyard we bought a new pool out back and have started to put it to good use, but now it has to be on hold until Treys cast is off.

Broken ARM

Trey decided to Dive out of his crib last Friday and broke his forearm ... it wasn't a clean break but we still had to go to the ER and get X-rays and the whole bit. then the following Monday we went in and got a little blue cast. He is a trooper and I am really having a hard time keeping him in his bed. He dosn't get to bed until like 9:30 or 10 and we start Bed time at 7:30

His cast goes all the way to his armpit. He is getting pretty good with his left hand too. but is so unstable, he falls all the time.
This is how I found him a sleep one of the days...ya lets just say it is a battle!

After Disney Land we keep on going to Arizona to visit with Spencer, Katie and Lance. We all stayed in their Apt. and had as much of a blast as you can with 4 kids 3 and under(well Sophie and Lindi Turning 4). We saw Spencer's Band, Global Sounds, perform at a Regional Night for his School (Thunderbird international Business School) They were incredible Spencer sounded as good as ever and shines when he performs . He loves to perform and be on stage. He is doing so awesome at school and will be done in Aug. and then who knows where they will head.Katie is the cutest mom. I love to see her be Spencer's biggest Cheerleader!! she always talks so positive about people and constantly strives to be a better person. I wish I could have her zest for life. It is so fun to see how she loves being a mom and how Lance is the Joy of her life.
Lance is Spencer and Katie's Little angle, he is 9 mts and truly a stud. He is incredibly content and happy! It is fun to see because he watches his energetic parents and sooner or later will be just like them.
Sunday Night I had all the Family come to a BBQ- Ben, Becca, Quentin and MaryEllen, Spencer and Katie with all the Kids. It was nice to just sit an enjoy the AZ sun.

This is Allie (6mts) Lance (9mts) and Cole (9mts) all Happy as can be just hanging with the cousins. These are Allies pals...at least I hope they can be close over the years to come.
Monday we played with Amber my roommate and best friend from SUU and her two kids at the pool she is so incredible and busy as every she truly can handle so much at all times she is a full time mom, teaches preschool, swim lessons and so much more. She is always moving a million miles a minuet. I love her so much and wish we could have at least carried on more than a 4 minuet conversation when we were together. ( it is just to hard with 9 kids at the Pool)
I also went to the pool with Trinna Peterson- she is also incredible with two little twin boys (almost 2 years old) that keep her moving, being the Bishops wife and surviving as Nate wraps up Tax season, and Constant Church responsibilities. She truly is someone who emulates Christ and has a constant desire to follow him I always want to be a better person when I am around her.

These Girls are my little angels they are truly best friend, they are so good at watching out for each other, playing and giggling.

Disney Land

For Lindi and Sophie's 4th Birthday we (My mom, Emily and I) took the 4 kids to the happiest place on earth....Disney Land!
The Girls ware their princess dresses and it was so fun as they too felt they were like Belle, Cinderella, and Sleeping Beauty. They were even asked by two different people to take a picture with them. Emily saved us on the trip because we needed an adult to sit with each kid on all the rides. We didn't even get in the park tell 1:00 and left at 10:00pm with 4 sleeping exhausted kids. Our walk back to the car was quite the sight with Allie and Lindi asleep in the stroller, Sophie asleep sitting up on top of the stroller and Trey asleep in my arms with an hour walk back to the car since we couldn't take the shuttle.

This picture looks wrong because no one was around but it was an incredibly busy day. We waited in a ton of lines Lindi and Sophie like the roller coaster in toon town the very best we went 2x. They were even in the very front ...their faces were priceless as they were filed with fear then looked around and saw everyone else and quickly changed to incredibly excited.
Trey was such a trooper, no nap and we stood in lots of lines and he was always so happy. He loved the Buzz lightyear and Car rides the best. He seemed scared with lots of rides as well but just sat close and didn't budge. He didn't get to close to the Cartoon Characters as you can see with Mickey.
The Allienater was also our little Princess. She is truly a perfect little angle. Every time you look at her she gives you a big smileOh and PS . Since I haven't blogged in a while Lindi did cut her hair all by her self. She decided that She wanted to go to Sophie's one morning and I said she couldn't tell the next day because I was going to get my haircut and Mimi was watching her that she could go tomorrow. we with in 10 min. she found the haircutting sizers and cut her hair. I only had to fix about 4 cuts to even it out other than that she did it all her self. She cut bangs two days latter as well . It has taken some getting use to I miss the long hair.

Okay so I decided I stink at blogging so I wrote my sister Abi a letter of an update and decided just to share it so you all know what i have been up to.

Abi-
So I have been a slacker with writing you. I feel like my days all blend together and I never have enough time for anything. Ever since the Lord directed us in building a furniture web sight I have been up late hours and spend any extra time working on adding product or getting out name out there. This week I decided to have a sale out in front of our house, the weather has been so nice and I thought it would be a good marketing tool...well it wasn't I got tons of furniture...bunk bed, 5 coffee table sets, two beds, 3 tables...ya tons and didn't sale a dang thing. the day was cold and windy, none of my signs stayed up and most people just wanted to pay like $50 for stuff. Our furniture is cheep but not for free. We have over 1000 products now from 5 different wholesale furniture places.

I don't want you breaking any mission rules...Obedience is better than looking. But we have had the site up about 3-4 weeks and have made 2 sales totally with out doing a dang thing. Just walk up one morning and saw we made a sale to someone in New York and one in Texas. It is pretty cool if we can just keep finding ways for people to find us on the internet and through the Lords help we will be able to support our family.

so here is the run down of the kids
Lindi--- Loves to have Emily do her hair. Is doing so well with her little preschool we had it at our house this week and she is so smart Her little mind puts things together so well. I took my 3 kids and Sophi to the Zoo and it was a huge Hit I went with another Mom with triplets and a newborn so we looked crazy with our 8 kids all 3 and under.

Trey-- is into David and Goliath right now and want to watch or act it out all the time. it is pretty cute to pretend he has a sling in his hand and to through his rock and see who ever he hit fall down, as if they were Goliath. also to see him fall down is so cute. He is so picky about what he watches it is amazing to see how he loves the scripture movies. He is 100% Daddy's boy. He also is talking so much more. He learned "Hello" Saturday ...this is his newest word. It is crazy to think he will be two in two weeks.

Allie is so strong she is only 7% for her weight but rolls and will stand up or sit up with a little support. It is a good thing she is so strong since her siblings play with her all the time. She ate Cereal last night for the first time and I hope it helps her sleep through the night.

I have been busy with preschool, Faith in God, Cleaning up a friends house, Furniture Business...it is my job to do the books and wow I have a ton to learn. Also I started up a park play day for our ward and had 15 moms there this last week. You would also be proud of me I opened my mouth and shared the gospel, or at least tried the family is coming for dinner this week. We'll see what comes of it.

Lorin is a gimp right now he hurt his foot playing basketball. He now has two new foreign exchange students in his seminary class so that make it so he teaches 3 non members every morning and it is Awesome. Building this furniture web sight has been a real payday for him. As he is still building Video Seminar Live but as it takes time to build we will be able to have some income and some small victories along the way.

It is incredible to look back over the past few weeks and see the tender mercies of the Lord. I have such a stronger Testimony of the power of prayer. How when we are specific and want something if we just ask he is so willing to give. Abi you are so inspiring, I look forward to reading your letters each week. It helps bring me back to the basics of Why I'm here on Earth and what really matters in life. We pray for you every day. If we forget Lindi reminds us and we have to say another quick prayer. I love you so much and now it is 10:00pm and I have got to get to bed.

Allie is my true JOY

Allie is now 3 1/2 mts old. She smiles, Laughs and loves attention. She knows when no one is around and doesn't like it one bit. She loves to have mom hold her every chance she gets and now cries when she sees me so I will hold her. Lindi has been very sick so I won't let her be by her and Lindi is going through withdrawals...she misses her so much. Every hour Lindi asks if it is okay to hold her again. Trey is constantly giving Allie kisses too.
Allie also loves to suck on hands. Allie is only 11 lbs which makes her in the 7% for weight. She is just my little...but strong Girl.

Lindi could have Sophi over everyday if she could! These two are the best of fiends and are just like sisters.

The Mister Trey Dog Keeps us Happy-with Uncle Sam... Pooping the the Tub, and making crazy faces. He is honestly such a Joy. He is obsessed with the Wii right now and wants nothing more than to hold the controller all day long... even when he eats.

Lindi loves to get all dressed up!! Today we crimped her hair so it would look beautiful for

Thanksgiving. We had 5 people to out house and had enough food for 30 it was great for left overs. And Yes I learned to cook my first Turkey.

The day after Thanksgiving we went to a small mining town called Colombia, where they dress up like in the old in days. Mark Ellis my moms cousin took us, He is a stud!!! We were privileged to make Candy canes from scratch it was a lot harder than it looks. It was a fun day out... and we were nerves with 3 kids and lots of driving.

This is Dad and Lindi after getting their "Scripture Power" ... but this time it was more like "Sleepy Power"

Jumping in the bed...I just don't want to have to call the Dr. for any broken heads.

Allie is now almost 2 mts old!!! she is awake a ton more and precious as ever.

Today Trey go up and all he wanted to do was cuddle with Allie he wouldn't let her go! It was so cute. Allie had had enough but Trey just keep on giving her kisses and not the softest hugs.

This is Caitlin who got baptized this weekend. It was incredible to feel of her strength. For 5 years she has had mixed feeling about getting baptized. She was my EFY girl and we have stayed close ever since. She wanted to join the church when she was 14 but her parents said they would disown her and have nothing to do with it. So she secretly went for a while but is was very hard so just found a church her parents supported her in. Then at the beginning of October I got a call from her telling me she had looked up the missionaries and had them take her to church and she was on her way to her 1st discussion. She then finished all the discussions and know that the time was finally right for her to get baptized. Her parents were/are still 100% against it and said every bad thing you could ever say about the Church when she said she had started to go back to the LDS Church, however Caitlin went forward with faith anyway. (and didn't tell her parents)

I just want to say how proud I am of her and what an incredible example she is to all of us. Of how we need to sacrifice to follow our Heavenly Father. I know this is the True Gospel of Jesus Christ I know that I am a Daughter of God and that someday I can return to live with him again. There are so many things that I get wrapped up in, throughout life...but how important it is to REMEMBER who we truly are. I love my Savior Jesus Christ and know he lives!

Also this is Lorin's Seminary Class each of them wrote to Caitlin why they loved being members of this Church. It was incredible to read each of there testimonies as well and feel the strength of the youth today. Lorin loves teaching Seminary to this group of Seniors.

Lorin was a little overwhelmed as he placed all 3 kids in his arms. So far the transition to 3 has been way easier then our transition to 2. It helps that Allie is such a great baby. Lindi got "Croup" and has been real sick and Trey's top 2 eye-teeth finally popped through yesterday...so I have had two needy kids....with little sleep. But for the most part life is wonderful. Tomorrow we are headed to the bay area to witness Caitlin Fitzgibbons baptism. She was my EFY kid 5 plus years ago. It is incredible, Lorin is going to baptize her and I'm going to sing. I just hope our 3 kids do well with being sick and staying at a hotel.

Lindi goes to Preschool on Tue. and Thu with 3 other kids. Each of the 4 mom's take turns teaching. Lindi loves it! She is so smart she is starting to read short words. She knows all her letters big and small!

This is the Letter I sent Abi out on her mission... it is the Story.

When I heard Grandpa Driggs might die I checked into all that would in tell for me being so close to having a baby. I called Dr. Barton (same Dr. who delivered Emily and Sophie) and got an appointment with him just in case. Well then when Grandpa did pass away I know there was no problem with going to Utah . I figured there are Dr. and Hospitals all over and it didn’t matter where I had this baby. So we drove up Friday.

For the viewing on Sunday, I felt just normal and like this baby wasn’t coming any time soon. But then that night she ‘Dropped’ and Monday at the funeral I was having tons of contractions and I thought I might have her that night. I was trying so hard not to make a scene with all the family that was around. It was hard not to since I was walking like I was going to blow and couldn’t stand at all. Well I made it through the day and that night things tapered off a little.

The next morning I went into Dr. Barton. I had made up in my mind that I was going to have this baby in Utah for sure, I know it wasn’t safe to go back with how my body was feeling…and I didn’t want to be in Utah for like 3 weeks so I wanted to have Dr. Barton start me or at least get things going. He helped me out and by 4:30 that day (after doing all the tricks in the book to get babies to come out) I went to the hospital. At 5:00 Jeff broke my water and from there on out I was moving right along. I was going to have this baby with out an epidural but with all the emotions from the week end I opted not to. Well Loirn, Mom, Dad and Trinnie were in the room with me and we were all just hanging out we put in our guesses to when Allie was coming. At 6:00 I was dilated to a about a 6 (you have to get to a 10) then my body slowed down and an hour later we all moved our guesses back one hour. Well Dad guessed Allie would be born at 8:49 pm…pretty close. It was crazy because the nurse didn’t come check me again tell like 8:45 and she was like, “Ok, you are ready let me go call the Dr…. just don’t sneeze.” I then asked Lorin to say a little prayer that everything would go well. As soon as he started the prayer I felt a weird feeling and the whole time just keep thinking. “just say amen...” over and over. As soon as he did say amen I ripped the sheets off of me and there was Allies head!!! For the next 15 min. it was crazy in the room. Mom ran out yelling, “We need a Dr. the babies head is out.” Trinnie was real close and caught the rest of the body and helped the nurse as the rest of the baby came out. Lorin didn’t know what to do. Then came and held my leg. A Dr. that was just out in the Hall ran in and helped after a little bit. He put Allie up on the medical table with all of the hard metal tools. And Mom tried hard to move them so it wouldn’t hurt Allie. I was just in disbelief.

Everything happed so fasted. It was incredible nonetheless. Birth is amazing.

Allie looks more like Trey than Lindi. She has lots of blond hair. I’ll send pics. I spent the next two days at the hospital and then went to Trinnies and spent 3 more. Now it is Sunday and we got back this afternoon I’m just so glad to be home. I am beat and want to get to bed. I will have to write more later. I just wanted you to know the exciting news and how it all went.

This has been a crazy week ....that is for sure... life altering. My Grandpa Driggs passed away and there was no way I was going to miss his funeral. So it was off to Utah, just 11 days before my due date. I made arrangemets with Dr. Barton up in SLC and figured I could have a baby any where, all the Dr. does is catch the baby anyway. The Funeral was beautiful ... but no funeral could have done justice to truly how incredible of a man Leonard Driggs was. He touched the lives of all who know him. It has been hard for all the family. But with death there is also life. Heavenly Father's incredible plan of Happiness is amazing. There is nothing more incredible than having a new perfect spirit come into this world.
